We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your prayer rug.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your item.
• Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Process

• Contact: To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at info@themedinahcollection.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Refunds

• Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
• Exclusions: Shipping costs and any handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

• If you prefer an exchange for a different design or size, please indicate this when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized prayer rugs are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
