Yes, all our prayer rugs are directly imported from Medinah.
When will I get my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
Delivery takes 3-5 business days within the EU.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email.
How can I return my order?
We have a 14-day return policy, this means you have 2 weeks after receiving your package to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be returned in its original condition.
Items that show visible signs of use or damage are not eligible for a refund.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet.
